Cojzla is the first completely gluten-free all-generation part in Slovenia. The perfect culinary destination for carnivores and vegans, and especially for celiacs, is located in the closed part of the BTC market in Ljubljana. The kitchen is commanded by chef Igor Mihelič, who also gained experience in Michelin-starred restaurants. It is a refuge for anyone who wants to eat or is forced to eat gluten-free due to gluten intolerance/celiac disease. The food in Cojzla is 100% gluten-free, from spices onwards.
