Organic Ground Psyllium, 200 g

Ground psyllium powder is used in recipes in a slightly smaller quantity – approximately 15% less than other forms, such as psyllium husks. We recommend mixing it with the flour first rather than adding it directly to liquid, as it is more difficult to dissolve in water.

Psyllium is an essential ingredient in gluten-free baking, where it is used as a binding agent. As it has no pronounced flavour, it does not alter the taste of the dish, which is an additional advantage.

May contain traces of sesame and mustard.
