Organic Corn Flour, 1000 g

Organic corn flour is made from carefully selected organically grown corn kernels. It has a natural golden-yellow colour, a slightly sweet flavour and a pleasant, somewhat coarser texture that gives dishes a distinctive homemade character.

Corn flour is extremely versatile in the kitchen. It can be used to make bread, cornbread, polenta, pastries, pancakes and a variety of traditional dishes. It is also excellent for coating foods or combining with other flours to improve the flavour and texture of doughs.

Use:
It can be used on its own or combined with other flours. For gluten-free baking, adding a binder or combining it with other flours is recommended for a better structure.
