Organic Red Quinoa, 500 g

Organic red quinoa is a delicious and versatile ingredient for everyday meals. Compared with white quinoa, it has a slightly more pronounced, nutty flavour and a firmer texture that helps it retain its shape after cooking.

It is an excellent addition to salads, vegetable dishes and side dishes, or can be used as a base for a variety of bowls. Its firmer texture makes it particularly suitable for dishes where you want a little more bite.

Before cooking, we recommend rinsing it thoroughly under running water, as quinoa naturally contains saponins that can cause a slightly bitter taste.
