Our organic buckwheat flour is made from cold-shelled organic buckwheat grains , which is why it does not have such a pronounced taste of buckwheat. It has an excellent and full flavor, is suitable for baking pancakes, bread, pastries and other delicacies, and is also very nutritious and an excellent choice for anyone who wants to eat healthier and, of course, gluten-free .

Buckwheat flour is a rich source of fiber, magnesium, manganese, iron , and contains many antioxidants such as flavonoids . It contains a high protein content , as well as essential amino acids , such as lysine , which is often lacking in other cereals. Buckwheat flour has a low fat content , but is also rich in healthy fats and omega-3 fatty acids .

May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.
