INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic yeast, organic red flax flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic Indian plantain and salt.
May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.
PREPARATION: To prepare, you need 250 g of bread mix with yeast and 450 ml of water. Mix 250 g of the mixture and 450 ml in a bowl. Mix for about 4 minutes or until the mixture is well mixed with water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Form 6 - 8 loaves of approximately the same size and place them on a greased baking sheet. Put everything together, without rising, in a heated oven with a fan at 200 degrees and bake for 45 - 48 minutes.
