ECO corn flour, 400 g

Our corn flour is obtained from organic corn kernels and is widely used in many cuisines around the world. Cornmeal contains a decent amount of dietary fiber , which is important for healthy digestion . Due to its high carbohydrate content, cornmeal provides a good source of energy . It is rich in B vitamins , especially niacin (B3) , and contains iron , magnesium , phosphorus and potassium .

Due to its coarseness, corn flour is slightly different from other flours, as it does not bind the dough and is not as elastic. It is often mixed with other flours to achieve a better texture in baked goods.

May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.
