Our brown rice flour is obtained by milling organic rice grains and is a common ingredient in many Asian cuisines. It is very versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. Due to its light structure, it is often used as an alternative to wheat flour .
Our brown rice flour is finely milled and has a very delicate, light texture, which makes it ideal for making all kinds of pastries. Rice flour from brown rice contains more fiber and nutrients (e.g. manganese, phosphorus, magnesium ) than the white version, which is less nutritious but easier to digest. It has a mild, neutral taste, which makes it easy to combine with different ingredients.
May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.
