Our organic dough mix with sourdough allows for easy preparation of the most delicious sweet rolls and savory pies. The mix is made from carefully selected organic ingredients and organic sourdough. Preparation is very simple—just add water, mix, and roll out to your desired thickness. The dough is vegan and gluten-free.
ORGANIC SOURDOUGH MIX FOR PASTRY – INGREDIENTS:
Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic rice flour, organic millet flour, organic corn flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt.
May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame.
PREPARATION:
For the preparation, you need 250 g of the sourdough mix for burek and 500 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix with 500 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well blended with the water. After a few minutes, the dough will thicken. Shape the dough into a ball and roll it out to your desired thickness. The dough can be used for both savory pies and sweet rolls.
TIP FOR CHEESE FILLING:
750 g of cottage cheese, 90 g of sour cream, 2 eggs, 6 g of salt, 55 g of oil. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and spread them over the rolled-out dough. Cut the coated dough into four approximately equal pieces, roll them up, and place them in a baking tray. Before baking, coat the cheese pie with a mixture of yogurt and oil. Place the tray in a preheated oven with a fan at 180°C and bake for about 50 minutes. About halfway through baking, or when the pie turns golden brown, cover it to maintain its color.
