Our organic pea bread mix with sourdough is a perfect blend of high-quality organic ingredients and flavorful sourdough. Preparation is very quick and easy—simply add water to the mix, stir, and bake. The result is delicious, protein- and fiber-rich, healthy sourdough breads. Freshly baked and tasty, these breads are an ideal choice for anyone who values home baking and healthy products. Additionally, they are vegan and gluten-free.

ORGANIC SOURDOUGH MIX FOR PEA BREAD – INGREDIENTS:
Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic pea flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt.
May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame.

PREPARATION:
For preparation, you need 250 g of the sourdough bread mix and 440 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix with 440 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well combined with the water. After a few minutes, the dough will thicken. Shape the dough into 4 to 6 equally sized rolls and place them on a greased baking tray. Without letting them rise, place the tray in a preheated oven with a fan at 200°C and bake for 45–48 minutes.
